Quirky, not for us.
☺ The hosts were overly / very friendly. Parking was good.

☹ The rest of the house was locked up after having breakfast, made us feel like we might be criminals.
We had use of the bedroom and on suite, but there was no where to sit of an evening. This made the accommodation uncomfortable without access to a lounge / seating area.
The hosts provided a surprise  breakfast every morning. Having food made and forced on you is not our kind of surprise. It would be better to be given a choice of options and order a day in advance. Breakfast was served at the same time everyone with one exception. No flexibility for a lie in or change of plan.

Great stay in Perth
☺ Jeffrey and Jenny are fantastic hosts. The accommodation is very well located, near to a mall and close to highways and a train station which makes it extremely easy to move around. Every day for breakfast there was a little surprise on top of the standard continental breakfast. A very nice touch from the hosts.
The room we had was a good size and a parking slot for the car was available as well.

Clean room with a very friendly and accomodating host, eager to help if he could during my stay.
☺ Excellent breakfast with a good variety and plenty to eat.
